Any queries or worries after a job is done, we are more than happy to help put any worries at ease. We believe a job isn't finished until the customer is completely confident and satisfied with their new system.
Guarantee Period
All our workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months after completion. In addition, all materials, appliances, and components are fully covered by the manufacturers' warranties (often 2 to 10 years depending on make and model).
Complaints & Aftercare Procedure
In the unlikely event that a problem arises after we have left, please contact us immediately. Provide us with your details, along with your address and date the work was carried out. We will endeavour to find an appropriate resolution swiftly and without quibble.
Expected Professional Conduct
Our engineers will always treat your property with dignity. We wear clean protective boot covers, lay heavy-duty floor coverings, clear away all packaging and old parts, and provide a clear explanation of how your controls work before leaving.
